At Boutique Barelia, customer satisfaction remains a priority.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unworn and unused
• be in its original condition
• be returned with its original packaging
• show no signs of wear or damage after delivery

Boutique Barelia reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• earrings
• personalized items
• sale or final clearance items


3. RETURN PROCEDURE

All return requests must first be submitted to our customer service team:

Customers will then receive the applicable return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in the following cases:

• damaged item received
• order preparation error
• incorrect item sent by Boutique Barelia


5. REFUNDS

Once the returned parcel has been received and inspected, Boutique Barelia will process the refund if the return is approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within an estimated 5 to 10 business days depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. DAMAGED ITEM OR ORDER ISSUE

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the order, the customer must contact Boutique Barelia as soon as possible with supporting photos.
