Returns & Refunds

At Barelia, customer satisfaction remains a priority.
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• be unworn and unused
• be in its original condition
• be returned with its original packaging
• show no signs of wear or damage caused after receipt
Barelia reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
For reasons of hygiene, personalization, or liquidation, the following items cannot be returned:
• earrings
• personalized items
• clearance or final sale items
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
All return requests must first be made to our customer service department:

The customer will then receive the applicable return instructions.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
4. RETURN FEES
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the following cases:
• damaged item received
• order preparation error
• incorrect item sent by Barelia
5. REFUND
Once the returned package is received and inspected, Barelia will process the refund if the return is approved.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within an estimated 5 to 10 business days, depending on the customer's financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. DAMAGED ITEM OR ORDER ERROR
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the order, the customer must contact Barelia as soon as possible with photographic proof.
