1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is automatically sent via email as soon as the package is dispatched.

2. Service Areas and Estimated Delivery Times

Barelia currently ships orders to the following destinations:

Canada:
• Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
• Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days

United States:
• Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days

France:
• Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, peak seasons, or carriers.

3. Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the customer's address and the selected shipping method.

Standard delivery is free in Canada for any order of CAD $75 or more.

4. Order Tracking

Each dispatched order comes with a tracking number allowing the customer to monitor the package's progress in real-time.

5. International Customs and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States or France may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import fees according to the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Provided by the Customer

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order.

Barelia cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

In the event of a lost package, an abnormally delayed package, or a package marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact our customer service so that an investigation can be conducted with the carrier.
